Transcription allows users to have a written record of the call.
Transcription can be activated by Frontline Experts by clicking on the Start Transcription button after setting the required preferences. It can also be activated automatically in the beginning of the call, which is indicated by a notification in the top-right corner.
A new tab will open when the user visits the product privacy notice.
It is possible to change the language while the call is in progress.
Frontline Experts can stop the transcription and restart it again later in the call.
It is also possible to summarize the transcript in the Call Details section or in the Recent Calls section of the Dashboard.
