The file box allows the supporter to share files with the end user during remote control sessions. This feature gives the end user control by allowing them to choose which files they want to download. It is particularly useful for securely sharing specific files without exposing other data.
This article applies to Business, Premium, Corporate, and Tensor license holders.
How to share files with the file box
To share files with the file box, please follow the instructions below:
- Start a remote session with the desired end user.
- Click the file box icon in the remote session toolbar.
- Click the Choose files button.
- Select the files you want to share with the end user and click Open.
- The end user will see the shared files in the file box panel at the bottom right of their screen. Next to the file name, they can click the arrow icon and click Download to download the desired files.
