XZ Utils backdoor – TeamViewer services are not affected

The popular third-party opensource project XZ Utils/liblzma (Versions 5.6.0 and 5.6.1) is affected by a vulnerability with severity “Critical”, tracked as CVE-2024-3094.

Following publication of the vulnerability, we have double-checked and can confirm that no TeamViewer products or infrastructure were affected at any point.
