Audit Trail allows users to monitor and review important events related to user activities (login/logout), workflows (published, edited, created, approved), tasks (created, deleted, reassigned, status changed), and domain preferences. Users can export audit trails within a selected date range with specified parameters. Audit export reports include information on the exporter, export date, and domain, as well as audit trails such as action, change date, user ID, domain, details, etc.

  1. Date Range: Allows users to define a time period for the audit trail.
  2. Select Action Type: Allows you to specify your audit trail for the selected action type.
  3. Add Members: Allows you to create an audit trail for the selected user only.
  4. Export by Object Id: Allows you to toggle object ID filter options
  5. Export Audit Trail: Allows you to export the audit trail as a CSV or PDF file.

Export by Object ID

It is possible to filter every action for a particular object by using the toggle option. The object here refers to a task, template, workflow,  user, etc.

  • Select Object Type: Allows you to select one of the following object types: Connector, Domain Preference, Server Role, Task, Template, User, and Workflow.
  • Object ID: Allows you to enter the ID of the object you would like to check.

Note: An object ID is unique within its type but not across different types. For example, there can be a workflow with ID 12345 and a task with ID 12345. However, there cannot be another workflow or task with the same ID within their respective types.
