Debbie Lillitos is Chief Customer Officer at TeamViewer and responsible for building strong relationships with customers, improving satisfaction, and driving retention and loyalty.

Debbie has 20 years experience in SaaS, GTM, customer experience and operations across the UK/Europe and North America. She has a proven track record of scaling customer-facing teams globally and leading successful SaaS client implementations across various industries, including finance, healthcare, and retail. Prior to TeamViewer, Debbie was Chief Customer Officer at Vena Solutions, a provider of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software, where she oversaw all post-sales customer-facing functions, playing a crucial role in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth at the company. Before, Debbie served as Vice President of Professional Services at Achievers, a company offering employee engagement and recognition software, where she led the transformation of the Professional Services department into a high-margin, revenue-generating function before the company’s acquisition by Blackhawk Networks. Prior to this, Debbie founded Delben Consulting, where she led nationwide healthcare transformation programs in the UK. She also worked as a Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group, delivering successful projects for the UK government.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from University College London and has completed executive education at Schulich School of Business.
