Step 1: Install TeamViewer
Click the Download button to install TeamViewer on this device. If you already have TeamViewer installed, continue with step 2.

Step 2: Sign in
Sign in with the TeamViewer account you used to purchase your license.
💡 Tip: Don’t see this view? Click on the toggle in the top right corner to switch to the new view.
Step 3: Add a device
Before you can connect to a device, you need to add it to your account. On the home screen, click on Add device in the Remote access devices section. This will allow you to add the device you’re using at the moment as one of the three pre- defined devices you can connect to from your account.
📝 Note: Your Remote Access license allows you to connect to a maximum of 3 pre-defined devices.
Step 4: Activate remote access
Select Set up remote access on this device and then click on Continue.
Step 5: Name your device
You can name this device under Edit device alias. This makes it easier to identify. Save the changes by clicking on Add this device.
Congratulations!
Your device should now be listed under Remote access devices on your home screen. From here, you can connect to it at any time.
You can add two more devices by following the same five steps on each device.
💡 Tip: Share this page to your email to easily access these instructions on your other devices.
Option 1: Home screen
On your home screen, go to Remote access devices and click on Connect below the device you wish to connect to.
You are now connected to your remote device.
Option 2: Device tab
Go to the Devices section via the navigation menu, select the device you want to connect to, and click on Connect.
You are now connected to your remote device.
