This article applies to TeamViewer Assist AR Professional customers.
It is possible to create custom Assist AR modules for remote assistance through the TeamViewer Management Console.
How to create Custom Modules for Assist AR
Please follow the steps below:
1.) Navigate to the Management Console --> Design & Deploy
2.) Click the + button and navigate to the Assist AR module
3.) Select Pilot module
4.) A menu will appear with the settings you can choose for your custom Assist AR module (e.g. Name, custom Terms and Conditions). Please make your own settings.
5.) After you finished your customized settings, please click Save and copy the link provided
6.) Send the link to your customers to run your customized module
