How to activate a license or add-on as a tenant manager
To activate licenses as tenant manager in the company you manage, please follow our step-by-step guide here:
Step 1
Open the license activation email sent to the email account used to purchase the license. Click Activate.
Note: If you have purchased more than one product, each license must be individually activated.
Step 2
- I don't not have a TeamViewer account
- I already have a TeamViewer account
- Create an account by clicking Create an account.
- Enter your email address, name and create a password. Read and accept the EULA and mark the captcha box. Click Continue.
- An email has been sent to your inbox for account verification. Click the link in the email to verify your account and complete your license activation.
If you already have a TeamViewer account, sign in to your account using your TeamViewer account credentials.
Step 3
On the next screen, you will have two options to proceed with the activation process:
- Select one of your existing companies to assign the subscription and click Activate.
- Assign the subscription to a new company by entering a new name and clicking Activate.
You have successfully activated your license or your add-on.
