The TeamViewer integration for Freshworks suite is one of several integrations we provide for Freshworks allowing the user to add TeamViewer Session invites to tickets created in Freshservice. The TeamViewer integration for Freshservice will allow you to:

  • Provide remote assistance to your customer
  • Initiate a TeamViewer session directly from the ticket page with the click of a button

About Freshservice

Freshservice is a cloud based ticketing system designed for team collaboration and agent productivity.

Enable the Integration

  1. Go to the FreshService marketplace to install the TeamViewer application:
    AdminAutomation & ProductivityExtensibilityApps.

Note: You can also reach the marketplace from the icon located in the upper right corner.  

2. During installation, you will need to authenticate your account by accepting the request for permissions:

3. You will have the TeamViewer application listed under Marketplace AppsManage Apps once installed.

4. To navigate to TeamViewer: Open TicketsBoard

Select the open ticket and click Reply.

To generate a session, scroll down to find TeamViewer and click on New Remote Session.

5. Once a session is generated it is automatically inserted into the ticket.
