TeamViewer Integrates with Samsung DeX

Tampa Bay, February 26, 2019 – TeamViewer®, a global leader in secure remote connectivity solutions, announced a new integration that connects Samsung DeX users to a wide variety of mobile devices, Windows, Linux and other laptops and desktops, enabling wireless remote control from across the room or across the globe.

Samsung DeX is a mobile productivity solution delivering a PC-like experience from Samsung flagship mobile devices, including Galaxy S8/S8+, Note8, S9/S9+, Note9, and Tab S4. When you want a larger display, you simply connect your mobile device to a larger resolution device with a cable and use it like a PC.

Samsung DeX to Computers or Mobile Devices
With TeamViewer’s Remote Control app, DeX users can now securely and remotely connect directly to their computers or other mobile devices from anywhere. Users can run any application on their computer directly with their smartphone through Samsung DeX. Now any files, applications, connected printers and network assets available to your computer are all accessible through Samsung DeX anytime from any location. This truly enables mobile workers to stay productive – no matter where they are, they can remote into the office in a couple clicks. In addition to computers, users may want to connect to other mobile devices they own or have access to for a needed file or to run an application that resides on another smartphone or tablet.
