To ensure smooth communication between TeamViewer and endpoints protected by TeamViewer Endpoint Protection, the firewall settings (including exclusions) must be configured. The following article provides the guidelines necessary for Endpoint Protection to function.

This article applies to all Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Detection and Response customers.

TeamViewer requirements

  • TeamViewer Remote and Host application require port 443
  • If possible, whitelist *.TeamViewer.com
  • Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 must be enabled for all endpoints

Excluded domains

Please ensure the following addresses are allowed through your firewall or other security software. The addresses must be excluded for communication to flow from the device to the Malwarebytes cloud:
