How Customers Benefit from TeamViewer Integrations

Yes, TeamViewer integrations are available in a wide variety of areas. In addition to TeamViewer remote connectivity, integrations for Single Sign-On (SSO) - such as Azure or Okta - and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) enable you to manage users and access rights to machines. The set-up differs depending on the application. In many cases, integrations are already completely made available (e.g., with Microsoft Intune or ServiceNow) and the connector only needs to be activated. You can simply identify yourself via your TeamViewer account, the system will check your license, and the integration will activate.

Our TeamViewer Tensor license includes standard integrations such as Azure and Okta. Additional integrations can then be supplemented with the Enterprise Integrations add-on. The license can be customized for you, with regard to the number of users or the respective use case. All integrations are included in the Enterprise Integrations add-on and do not require additional licenses.
