GOPPINGEN / Germany, April 11, 2024 - Deloitte and TeamViewer have joined forces to digitalize manual work processes in the critical areas of supply chain and logistics. The new partnership aims at establishing vision picking as the leading standard for complex warehouse picking operations, tackling challenges specific to the logistics sector such as an ever-increasing pressure on global supply chains and high staff turnover.
As a first step of the cooperation, Deloitte and Teamviewer aim at offering and implementing the powerful combination of TeamViewer’s vision picking solution with the leading SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) through Deloitte’s experienced logistics consultants. Designed for frontline workers and warehouse operators, the solution delivers benefits such as faster, hands-free picking, reduced errors, improved workplace ergonomics and faster onboarding. Warehouse managers profit from real-time monitoring, control over their operations, and customizable workflows. Relying on Deloitte’s deep consultancy knowledge, companies can successfully introduce the solution in their warehouses without much effort.
Stijn Van Hoof, SAP EWM & TM CoE Lead at Deloitte, says: “With this partnership, we support customers to digitally transform their logistics processes and tackle their most pressing business challenges in this area.
